You are not allowed to trace or claim it as your own work

You are not allowed to sell merch/products using the piece unless agreed upon with me

You are not allowed to edit out my signature

You are not allowed to use my work for NFT conversion / AI training

Payment will be done via PayPal

Full payment will only be requested when you agree to the itemized quote

If needed, payment plans are possible

All fees will be explicitly stated in writing, and I will confirm with the client first before sending an invoice.

The fees listed below only apply to character drawings / illustrations. VTuber model art/rigs have their own fees listed on their page.

Revisions Fee: Three rounds of minor revisions are free. Any major revisions will incur an additional charge.

Complexity Fee: This applies to any character designs/outfits that are extremely complex (has many layers of clothing, trinkets, textures, patterns). The complexity fee varies.

Rush Fee: This applies to anything that needs to be done under 30 days after payment. The rush fee begins at an additional 30% of the rushed services, and increases based off of how short the deadline is.

Private Fee: This applies to anything that the client wants/needs to be private. This means that I cannot share any work-in-progresses and the final works on social media, stream, I cannot make merch of the works, etc. This does not apply to requests to hold back on sharing until a certain date (e.g. waiting until a birthday or a release date). The private fee is an additional 50% of the requested pieces prices.

If you request a refund and I have not begun any work on the commission, you will receive an 80% refund

No refunds if I am past the sketch phase

In the case of a refund, you may not use or make adjustments to my artwork, including any work-in-progresses sent
